Calculating Job Usage

In the program, you can calculate the value of the work in progress of a job.

To Calculate Job Usage:

  1. Open the Calculate Job WIP Value batch job request window.

  2. In the batch job request window, click the Job Ledger Entry tab. In the Entry Type field, select Usage as your filter.

  3. Fill in the rest of the fields with the relevant information. For Help about a specific field, click the field and press F1.

  4. Click OK to run the batch job.

  5. Open the Job Card window and click Job, Ledger Entries to see the resulting entries.
