When you want to create a new budget, it is often advantageous to copy an existing budget or part of an existing budget.
If you want to set up a new budget that is similar to an existing one, you can copy the entire budget.
Open the Job Card window to create a new job card.
Fill in the fields of the new job card with the same contents as in the fields for the existing job for this customer.
Click Planning, Job Budget.
Click Functions, Copy Budget.
Fill in the fields on the Job Budget Line and the Options tabs. For Help about a specific field, click the field and press F1.
Click OK to copy the budget.
