Viewing Job Phases, Tasks and Steps

On each line in a job journal, sales invoice or purchase invoice, you can see the phases, tasks and steps that have been budgeted for the particular job.

To View Job Phases, Tasks and Steps:

  1. Open the Job Journal window.

  2. Click the relevant line in the journal, and then click Functions, Get Phase/Task/Step. The Job Budget (Phase/Task/Step) window appears for the particular job. Now you can compare the budgeted and actual figures at each level.

The procedure is the same from a sales or purchase invoice.
