This field contains the entry number for an already-posted document that the job journal line will be applied to. To see the negative open job entries that are available, click the AssistButton to the right of the field.
If you post a usage entry for an item and apply it to a sales entry for an item, the program automatically updates the Post only Job Entry field to Yes. This means the program will only post a job ledger entry and not an item ledger entry.
