This report allows you to compare budgets and realized amounts for selected jobs. All lines of the selected job budgets with the realized costs and realized prices will be displayed. This report is intended for completed jobs, although you can use this report at any time during a job.
The report displays the contents of the following fields:
Phase Code, Task Code, Step Code, Type, No., Description, Quantity, Realized Total Cost, Budgeted Total Cost, Realized Total Price and Budgeted Total Price.
At the end of each job, the fields Realized Total Cost, Budgeted Total Cost, Realized Total Price and Budgeted Total Price will be totaled.
At the end of the report follows a section, for phases posted to the job, without having a relation to the current budget. The final totaling sums both, the amounts with and without a relation to the corresponding job budget.
You can define what is included in the report by setting filters. You can set additional fields on the tab by clicking the Field field, then clicking the AssistButton that appears to the right. Fill in the fields as follows:
No.: Here you can specify the numbers of the jobs to be included in the report. To see the existing job numbers, click the Filter field, then click the AssistButton that appears to the right.
Show: Select which jobs you want to compare with the budget. The options are:

Click the Print button to print out the report. If you want to see the report on the screen before printing, click the Preview button. If you do not want to print the report now, click Cancel to close the window.
