This batch job compresses job budget entries. The entries will be combined so that they take up less space in the database. The compression works by combining the old entries into one new entry.
At the end of the batch job, only one entry will remain. The quantity of the last date's entry will be changed into the total quantity. The Total Cost and Total Price fields will be updated accordingly. All other entries will be deleted.
If the quantity is allocated per dates, the entries for each assigned date will remain. The quantity of the last date's entry will be changed into the total quantity. The Total Cost and Total Price fields will be updated accordingly. All other entries will be deleted.
Click OK to start the batch job. If you do not want to run the batch job now, click Cancel to close the window.
