This test report prints the lines in the revaluation journal. This option allows you to consider the revaluation of selected items on inventory.
You reach the test report from the Revaluation Journal window by clicking Posting, Test Report.
To print the report, click Print. To see the report on the screen before printing, click Preview.
On the Item Journal Batch, Item Journal Line and Options tabs, you can fill in the standard field filters, or you can select additional filters. To do this, press F3, click the AssistButton and then select the relevant filter(s).
To set filters in the test report, fill in the fields as follows:
Journal Template Name: In the Filter field, you can specify the name of the journal template that you want to include in the report.
Name: In the Filter field, you can enter the name of the item journal that you want to include in the report.
Click the up-arrow in the lower left-hand corner of the window to see the results of the filters you have defined for the table.
Posting Date: In the Filter field, you can enter a date to specify the period that you want to include in the report.
Journal Template Name: In the Filter field, you can specify the name of the journal template that you want to include in the report.
Journal Batch Name: In the Filter field, you can specify the name of the journal batch that you want to include in the report.
Click the up-arrow in the lower left-hand corner of the window to see the results of the filters you have defined for the table.
Show Dimensions: In this field, you can insert a check mark if you want the report to show dimensions.
