This report is used to print transfer order confirmations. You can select this report from the Transfer Order window by clicking the Print button.
On the Transfer Order tab, you can fill in the standard field filters, or you can select additional filters. To do this, press F3, click the AssistButton and then select the relevant filter(s). You can also determine what is shown in the report by filling in the fields on the Options tab.
To print the report, click Print. To see the report on the screen before printing it, click Preview. When you print the document, you can print extra copies by filling in the No. of Copies field. The copies will be marked "Copy."
Fill in the fields as follows:
No.: Enter the numbers of the transfer orders you want to include in the report.
Transfer-to Code: Enter the transfer-to location you want to include in the report. To see a list of locations, click the Filter field, and then click the AssistButton that appears to the right.
Transfer-to Code: Enter the transfer to location you want to include in the report. To see the existing locations, click the Filter field, and then click the AssistButton that appears to the right.
Click the look-up button in the lower left-hand corner of the window to see the result of the filters you have set for the report.
No. of Copies: Enter the number of extra copies you want of the report (besides the original) to be printed. These copies will be marked "Copy."
Show Internal Information: In this field, you can enter a check mark if you want the printed document to show information that is only for internal use.
