Options

Posting Date: Enter the date for the posting of this batch job. The program automatically enters the system date in this field, but you can change it.

Document No.: Here you can specify which document number will be entered in the Document No. field on the journal lines created by the batch job. The program automatically enters the next number from the number series on the journal batch, but you can manually change it.

Items Not on Inventory: Place a check mark in the check box if you want the program to insert lines for items that are not on inventory (that is, lines for items where the value in the Quantity Calculated field is 0) in the physical inventory journal.

By Dimension: Select the dimensions you want the lines to be grouped by.

Note

If you are using bins in the location, Dimensions will not be posted on the physical inventory ledger entries, the item ledger entries, or on the value entries.

Click OK to start the batch job. If you do not want to run the batch job now, click Cancel to close the window.
