Implement Price Change Batch Job

You use the Implement Price Change batch job to update the price agreements in the Sales Price table with the ones in the Sales Price Worksheet table. The price change suggestions can be created with the Suggest Sales Price on Wksh. or the Suggest Item Price on Wksh. batch job, and they can also be modified. The contents of all the fields in the item price change suggestions are transferred. When suggestions of new prices or changes to sales prices are implemented, they can be seen by item in the Sales Price window.

You can define what is included in the batch job by setting filters. To set additional fields on the tab, click the Field field and then click the AssistButton that appears to the right. Fill in the fields as follows:

Item Price Change

Item No.: Here you can enter the numbers of the items to be included in the batch job. To see the existing item numbers, click the AssistButton that appears to the right.

Sales Type: Here you can specify the sales type the sales price agreement should include. To see the existing sales types, click the AssistButton that appears to the right.

Sales Code: Here you can specify the code for the sales type. To see the existing sales codes, click the AssistButton that appears to the right.

Unit of Measure Code: Here you can specify the unit of measure code that will be used to determine the new prices. To see the existing unit of measure codes, click the AssistButton in the field.

Currency Code: Here you can specify the currencies to be included in the batch job. To see the existing currency codes, click the AssistButton that appears to the right.

Click the up-arrow at the lower left-hand corner of the window to see the result of the filters you have defined for the table.

Click OK to start the batch job. If you do not want to run the batch job now, click Cancel to close the window.
