Running Availability Plan Reports

The Availability Plan report displays inventory data for selected items or all items. It totals the available quantities for six selected time periods, as well as the periods before and after the six specific periods.

To Run Availability Plan Reports:

  1. Open the Inventory - Availability Plan report request form and then click Print.

  2. On the Item tab, you can set a filter to print the report for specific items.

  3. On the Options tab, specify how the six periods are determined. For Help about a specific field, click the field and press F1.

  4. Click Print to print the report.
