Setting Up Extended Texts

If you need more than one line to describe an item on a sales or purchase document, you have the possibility of using the extended text feature.

To Set Up Extended Texts:

  1. Open the Item Card window and select the item you want to add extended text to.

  2. Click Item, Extended Texts.

  3. Fill in the fields. For Help about a specific field, click the field and press F1.

  4. Fill in one or more lines with the text that you want to use, along with the item description.
