HR Confidential Comment Line Table

List of Fields in the Table

You use the HR Confidential Comment Line table to set up comments for the Confidential Information table. This table is displayed in the Confidential Comment Sheet window, which you open by clicking Confidential, Comments.

You create comments for a specific line in the Confidential Information window. If you click a line in the Confidential Information window and then click Confidential, Comments, you will be able to set up comments (and see previously-created comments) for that particular line only. If you want to see all the comments that have been created for all the lines in the Confidential Information window, click the Comments button on the Confidential Comment Sheet window and then click List.

If the Comment field on the Confidential Information window contains a check mark, then a comment has been set up for the line in the table.

The comments will not be printed on reports.
