When you choose Posting, Post, the program will start to post the recurring journal.
You may want to print a test report before you start the posting.
A recurring journal cannot be posted unless it balances (that is, unless it contains equal debit and credit amounts) as of the posting date. If the journal does not balance, an error message will appear. Correct the error and start posting again.
You can also require that the recurring journal balance for each document number and document type. You do this in the Force Doc. Balance field in the General Journal Template table.
If you want the program to print a report in connection with the posting, choose Posting, Post and Print.
