You use the General Ledger Entries window to view all the ledger entries for the relevant G/L account. The entries result from posting transactions in journals and sales and purchase documents.
You cannot modify the information in the fields in the ledger entries. If you need to correct an entry, you must post a new transaction, which will then appear in the ledger entry window.
