To make the chart of accounts easy to understand and to have the program fill in the Totaling field, click the Indent button.
When you do this, the program will indent by one space the names of all accounts between a set of Begin-total and End-Total accounts. It will also enter a totaling interval for each End-Total account.
Any indentation that you have defined in the Indentation field for individual accounts will be replaced each time you use the Indent function.
