Show as Columns

Here you can select which dimension and dimension values you want to show as columns in the Budget window. This gives you the ability to see the same budget from various perspectives, especially when you combine the Show as Columns field with use of the Show as Lines field.

You can select the dimension that should be shown as columns the following:

• Global dimensions

• Budget dimensions

• G/L Account

• Period

To see the available dimensions, click the AssistButton to the right of the field.

The periods shown depend on the time interval you have select from the buttons in the lower left-hand corner of the window.
