This field displays the total budget for dimension values, G/L account or, if you have specified a name in the Budget Name field, a specific budget.
The program automatically calculates and updates the contents of the field using the entries in the Amount field in the G/L Budget Entry table.
You can filter the Budgeted Amount field so that its contents are based only on certain Global Dimension 1 values, Global Dimension 2 values and/or business units.
To see the G/L budget entries included in the budgeted amount, click the AssistButton in the field.
