Complete IC Inbox Action Batch Job

You use the Complete IC Inbox Action batch job to process the transactions in your intercompany inbox. When you run the batch job, each transaction is handled according to the contents of the Line Action field for that transaction.

You can define what is included in the batch job by setting filters on the batch job request form. If the IC Inbox Transactions window has any filters on it when you open the batch job, then the batch job request form is automatically filled in with the same filters.

Note

If you use different journal batches for different partners, for example, you must process the transactions for one journal batch at a time.

If no filters are set, the batch job will include all of the transactions in the inbox.

Fill in the fields as follows:

IC Inbox Transaction

IC Partner Code: Select the IC partners whose transactions you want to process.

Transaction Source: Here you can choose to process only transactions that were created by your partner or only transactions that you created and your partner rejected and returned to you.

Line Action: You can choose to only process transactions with a specific option in the Line Action field.

Transaction No.: Select the numbers of the transactions that you want to process.

When you run the batch job, this is the document number that appears on the first payment journal line. The document number will be incremented by one on each of the following journal lines. You can also fill in this field manually.
