Once you have set up the change log, activated it and somebody has made a change to data, the program logs the change in a change log entry. You can view and filter the changes in the Change Log Entries window.
Open the Change Log Entries window.
On the menu bar, click View, Show All. The window now displays all change log entries.
For Help about a specific field, click the field and press F1.
