Setting Up Dimension Values

As in the chart of accounts, you set up dimension values in hierarchies with totaling fields and indentation.

To Set Up Dimensions Values:

1. Open the Dimensions window.

2. Select the line with the dimension for which you want to set up values. Click Dimension, Dimension Values.

3. Press F3. On the new line, fill in the fields. For Help about a specific field, click the field and press F1.

4. Repeat the procedure for each new dimension value you want to set up. You can set up any number of dimension values.

Attention

If you want to set up a hierarchy you must make sure that the codes are in alphabetic order, including the codes of the dimension values that are standard.
