The General Journal Templates window contains information about each general journal. The information applies to all journal batches created under the journal template and all journal lines created under these journal batches.
Open the 
General Journal
Templates window. It displays the existing journal
template names.
Click the journal template name whose information you want to see.
On the menu bar, click Tools, Zoom to see all the fields for the journal template.
For Help about a specific field, click the field and press F1.
