Setting Up General Product Groups

You use product group codes to determine posting according to how you categorize your sales and purchases of items.

To Set Up General Product Groups:

  1. Open the Gen. Product Posting Groups window.

  2. In the Code field, enter a code to identify the group.

  3. In the Description field, enter a brief description of the group.

  4. Repeat this procedure for each product group you want to set up.
