Checking Canceled Ledger Entries

When you have canceled a posted entry, you can check that the ledger entries have disappeared.

To Check Canceled Ledger Entries:

  1. Open the Fixed Asset Card window and browse to the relevant fixed asset card.

  2. Click Fixed Asset, Depreciation Books.

  3. From the depreciation book, click Depr. Book, Ledger Entries.

  4. Check the ledger entries to make sure that the entry has disappeared.

  5. Close the window.
