If G/L integration is activated for a depreciation book, this report will show amounts posted in the general ledger which are from the Fixed Assets application area. The report is based on the posting date in the FA ledger, whereas all other reports use the FA posting date.
Open the Fixed Asset - G/L Analysis report request form.
On the Fixed Asset tab, you can select which assets to include in the report. If you leave the fields blank, you will get information on all assets (except inactive assets).
On the Options tab, fill in the fields. For Help about a specific field, click the field and press F1.
Click Print to print the report or Preview to see it on the screen.
