You can run a report to calculate future depreciation. The
report shows the book value and accumulated depreciation at the
beginning of the selected period, changes during the period, and
book value and accumulated depreciation at the end of the selected
period.
Leave the Fixed Asset tab
blank to have all assets included. In the Budgeted Asset field, you can enter
No to exclude budgeted assets
or Yes to see budgeted assets
only.
To calculate depreciation for a year in the future, fill in the
Options tab. For Help about a
specific field, click the field and press F1.
Click Print to print or
Preview to see the report on
the screen before printing it.
To see total values for all assets, remove the check mark in the
Print per Fixed Asset field on
the Options tab and rerun the
report.
