Canceling Multiple FA Ledger Entries
You can cancel entries from a depreciation book by using the
Cancel FA Ledger Entries batch
job.
To Cancel Multiple FA Ledger Entries:

Open the 
Depreciation Book
Card window.

On the depreciation book card, click Functions, Cancel FA Ledger Entries. The Cancel FA Ledger Entries window
appears.

On the Fixed Asset tab, set
a filter to select the assets for which you want to cancel
entries.

On the Options tab, fill in
the fields. For Help about a specific field, click the field and
press F1.

Click OK to start the batch
job.
The canceled lines are placed in either the FA G/L journal or
the FA journal, from where you post the lines.
The lines have an FA error number and will be marked as error
ledger entries after posting.
