For each depreciation book, you define a default setup of templates and batches. The program uses these defaults when it:
duplicates lines from one journal to another.
creates journal lines using the Calculate Depreciation or Index Fixed Assets batch jobs.
duplicates acquisition costs in the insurance journal.
Open the 
Depreciation Book
Card window.
On the relevant depreciation book card, click Depr. Book, FA Journal Setup. The FA Journal Setup window appears.
If you want to have a default setup for each user, click the
AssistButton 
in the User ID field to see the Users window.
In the other fields, click the AssistButton to see a list of possible
entries. Select a journal template or journal batch, and then click
OK.
