Open the 
FA Reclass. Journal
Templates window.
Select the relevant template, and then click Template, Batches. The FA Reclass. Journal Batches window appears.
Fill in the fields. For Help about a specific field, click the field and press F1.
You can set up multiple journal batches, that is, individual journals for each reclassification journal template. For example, employees can have their own reclassification journal batch that uses the employee’s initials as the reclassification journal batch name.
The following procedure is for setting up batches under an FA reclassification journal template.
Open the FA Reclass. Journal
Templates window.
Select the relevant template, and then click Template, Batches. The FA Reclass. Journal Batches window appears.
Fill in the fields. For Help about a specific field, click the field and press F1.
