When you set up a new Web page on your Web portal, you must base it on a template.

When the templates are created, each template has to be provided with a set of properties. A template property represents information that can be controlled within Navision.

When you attach a Web template to a Web page, the program will automatically fill in the properties on the Web page according to the Web template.

A template property can either be set to a value or it can be blank. If the template property is set to a value, this value will automatically be set for the related properties on the Web page based on the template. If the template property is blank, you can give it a value when you set up the Web page properties. Either way, the value will be reflected accordingly on your Web portal.

The Template Property table contains all properties of the ASP page that can be controlled within Navision.

A template property can be one of the following types:
