The Template Property Collection table is used to record all information about your Web templates.
A Web template consists of a number of template property collections that are arranged in a hierarchy. Each template property collection contains a number of template properties. The root template property collections are automatically created when you create a new Web template.
A template property collection belongs to a particular Web site and can only be used with that Web site.
