With this batch job you can release reverse auctions.
You can define which reverse auctions are included in the report by setting filters. You can set additional fields on the tab by clicking the Field field, then clicking the AssistButton that appears to the right.
When you release a reverse auction, the program will automatically synchronize the reverse auction to your Web portal and send a notification to the selected vendors to invite them to participate in the reverse auction. The program will send the invitation you have defined in the notification process assigned to the vendor.
Fill in the fields as follows:
No.: Enter the numbers of the reverse auction to be released. If the field is not filled in, all reverse auctions with a blank status field will be released.
