Delete Expd./Rejected Qte. Batch Job

With this batch job, you can delete expired and rejected quotes.

You can define what will be included in the batch job by setting filters. You can set additional fields on the Sales Quotes tab by clicking the Field field, and then clicking the AssistButton that appears to the right. You can also determine how the batch job is processed by filling in the fields on the Options tab. Fill in the fields as follows:

Sales Quotes

No.: Enter the numbers of the sales quotes to be deleted. If the field is not filled in, all expired required quotes and/or all rejected quotes will be deleted.

Sell-to Customer No.: If you want the batch job to delete quotes for specific sell-to customers, enter the customers' numbers here. To see the existing customers, click the Filter field, and then click the AssistButton that appears to the right.

Bill-to Customer No.: If you want the batch job to delete quotes for specific bill-to customers, enter the customers' numbers here. To see the existing customers, click the Filter field, and then click the AssistButton that appears to the right.

Options

Delete Expired Requested Quotes: Place a check mark in the box if you want the program to delete the sales quotes that are expired and have the status Requested by Customer.

Delete Rejected Quotes: Place a check mark in the box if you want the program to delete the rejected quotes.

Click the up-arrow at the lower left-hand corner of the window to see the result of the filters you have defined.

Click OK to start the batch job. If you do not want to run the batch job now, click Cancel to close the window.
