The Create Web Template batch job can help you to quickly create a new Web template by importing properties defined on an ASP page. The information on the ASP page that is editable from Navision will be imported to the Web template. This will make up the Web template that you can base your Web page on. The ASP page allows you to show the Web page on your Web portal.
You can determine the contents of the Web template by filling in the fields. Fill them in as follows:
Template No.: Here you must enter the template number. The number identifies the template and is used when you create a page property collection.
Description: Here you can enter a description of the Web template. You can enter a maximum of 30 characters, both numbers and letters. You can use this field to include any information that will be useful to you.
ASP File Name: Here you must enter the name of the ASP file from which you want to import properties.
Click OK to start the batch job. If you do not want to run the batch job now, click Cancel to close the window.
