Some e-mails may not be processed by Navision Application Server.
In the Commerce Portal Status window, on the Communication tab, click the AssistButton in the No. of Unprocessable E-Mail Mesgs. field. The E-Mail Queue window appears:
The window displays e-mails that are not being processed by the application server. You have two possibilities to resend these e-mails:
Select the e-mail you want processed and click Functions, Resend Manually.
The e-mail will be sent from your own account and not from Navision .
or
Select the e-mail you want processed and click Functions, Reprocess.
The e-mail will be put back into the queue and the application server will attempt to resend it.
