Before a sales quote can be converted into an order, it must be accepted by your company and the customer. Normally, you approve a sales quote before sending it to the customer. This is not the case with Commerce Portal quotes.
When a customer requests a sales quote from your Web portal, the quote is generated by Navision and displayed by the Commerce Portal without human intervention. At this point, the quote has not been accepted by either party. After the customer accepts the quote, you must either accept it or reject it.
