You can set up multiple versions of the text for each notification event. You group sets of notifications into notification processes. You then associate each of your Web portal users with the appropriate process.
For example, you might have one process for customers for which you want to manually confirm quotes. You could have another process for customers for which sales quotes are automatically converted into orders.
