Participating vendors must enter bids at the Web portal. In the following example the vendor has been invited to three reverse auctions:
To participate in an auction the vendor must click on an Auction Number and fill in the fields on the following page:
To submit the bid, the vendor must click Update. Once the vendor has submitted the bid, it can not be withdrawn.
To decline an auction, the vendor must click Decline.
