Navision uses different templates to create new contact cards. You specify which contact cards to use as templates. On the Web site card, Templates tab you can choose which templates must be used for creating new contact cards:
If a Web portal user registers as a new consumer in your Web portal, Navision creates a new contact card using the information that the consumer enters on the Web portal. The new card will be based upon the templates specified in the Consumer Contact Tmpl. field.
