The status of Commerce Portal can be divided into two categories:
Sales related to Commerce Portal
Communication between SQL Server and Navision .
The sales and communication status of Commerce Portal is monitored from the Commerce Portal Status window.
Open the Commerce Portal Status window:
On the Sales tab, you can monitor the number of sales quotes that have:
been accepted by the customer.
expired before the customer request.
rejected by you or one of your colleagues.
On the Communication tab, you can monitor:
unprocessable e-mail messages.
pictures and records that need to be updated or synchronized with SQL Server.
Each field has an AssistButton that lets you view the message queues.
