5.3.3 Mail

The mail setup card is used to set up how you want your outgoing e-mails to be handled.

  1. Open the Mail Setup Card window:

  1. Fill in the fields according to these guidelines:




Enter the mail setup code.


Enter a description of the mail setup.

Send E-Mail

Place a check mark in this field to indicate that this application server is used to send e-mails.

Prioritize E-Mail

Place a check mark in this field if the queue must prioritize e-mails according to the priority on the contact card.

Time Interval (Sec.)

Enter the time for when the program must check for queuing e-mails that are waiting to be processed.
