Adding, Removing, and Modifying Categories in the Unsynchronized Categories List

You can add, remove, or modify categories on the list of categories that will not be synchronized from Outlook to Navision.

To Add a Category to the Unsynchronized Categories List:

  1. Open the Unsynchronized Categories window.

  2. In the Category field, type the name of the category whose items you do not want to synchronize from Outlook to Navision.

To Remove a Category from the Unsynchronized Categories List:

  1. Open the Unsynchronized Categories window.

  2. Select the category you want to remove and press F4.

  3. To confirm the deletion, click Yes in the message box that appears.

To Modify a Category in the Unsynchronized Categories List:

  1. Open the Unsynchronized Categories window.

  2. Select the category you want to modify and type the new name in the Category field.

  3. To confirm the modification, click Yes in the message box that appears.
