You can create to-dos for teams that are registered in the system.
This can be done from the team To-do List.
Open the Teams window.
Select the relevant team and click Team, To-dos. The To-do List window appears.
Click Create To-do. The Create To-do wizard appears.
Select the option Blank or Phone Call in the To-do Type field.
Fill in the Description, Date, and Time fields, and then click Next.
Select the Contact No. if there is one for this to-do.
Click Next and fill in the wizard fields if this to-do requires this information.
Click Finish.
Open the Teams window.
Select the relevant team and click Team, To-dos. The To-do List window appears.
Click Create To-do. The Create To-do wizard appears.
Select the option Meeting in the To-do Type field.
Fill in the Description, Date, and Time fields and click Next.
Select the To-do Organizer.
Click Finish.
The information from to-do organizer's salesperson card will be used for synchronization with Outlook.
