You can print contact cover sheets to accompany the letters or packages that you send to your contacts.
In the Contact Card window or the Contact List window, select the relevant contact and click Function, Print Cover Sheet. The Contact Cover Sheet window appears.
The program automatically sets up the relevant contact filters on the Contact tab.
On the Option tab, in the Text field, select the existing message and/or type the additional text you want to appear on the cover sheet.
Click Preview to view the result, or Print to print the cover sheet.
If you have specified an interaction template code for cover sheets in the Relationship Management Setup window, when you click Print to print the cover sheets, the program automatically records an interaction in the Interaction Log Entry table.
