Creating Contacts from Customers

If you have already set up a number of customers in the program, you can create contacts on the basis of the existing customer data.

In order to create contacts from customers, you must specify a business relation code for customers in the Relationship Management Setup window.

To Create Contacts from Customers:

  1. Open the Create Conts. from Customers window.

  2. On the Customer tab, set filters if you want to create contacts from specific customers only.

  3. Click OK to start creating contacts.

    The program assigns the next contact numbers in the number series to the new contacts.

    The program assigns the business relation for customers specified in the Relationship Management Setup window to the newly created contacts.
