You can set up profile questionnaires for the questionnaires that you want to use when entering information about your contacts' profiles. Within each questionnaire, you can set up the different questions you intend to ask your contacts.
You can decide to have the program automatically answer some of the questions based on contact, customer or vendor data.
Open the Profile Questionnaire Setup window.
Press F3 to enter a new profile questionnaire.
On the header, fill in the Profile Questionnaire Code field. Click the AssistButton to the right of the field to see a list of the profile questionnaires.
On the Profile Questionnaire lines, click the first empty line to enter the question.
In the Type field, click the AssistButton and choose one of the two options: Question or Answer.
Fill in the other fields on this line. For Help about a specific field, click the field and press F1.
Repeat steps 4 to 6 to enter all the questions and answers within the profile questionnaire.
The Automatic Classification of Contacts explains how to set up answered questions that will automatically be answered by the program.
If you enter a question that is automatically answered by the program, click Line, Question Details, to enter the criteria the program uses to automatically answer the question.
