You can set up close opportunity codes for the different reasons you usually close sales opportunities, for example, to specify that you won the deal.
Later, you can see how many opportunities have been closed for that reason in the Opportunity Statistics window.
Open the Close Opportunity Codes window.
Press F3 to enter a new close opportunity code.
Fill in the Code, Description and Type fields.
Repeat steps 2 and 3 to set up as many close opportunity codes as you want.
