Setting Up Mailing Groups

You can use the Mailing Groups window to set up the mailing groups you want to assign to your contacts. Mailing groups are used to identify groups of contacts that you want to receive the same information. For example, you can set up a mailing group for the contacts that you want to send a Christmas card to.

To Set Up Mailing Groups:

  1. Open the Mailing Groups window.

  2. Press F3 to enter a new mailing group.

  3. Fill in the Code and Description fields.

Repeat steps 2 and 3 to set up as many mailing groups as you want.
