In the Contact Search window, you can enter the search criteria for the contact(s) you want to find and then view the list of search results found based on the criteria you have entered.
The Contact Search window consists of two parts:
tab, where you enter your search criteria (type a search expression, specify the search area and contact type, decide whether to use the Exact Match function). You launch the search by clicking the Find button.
lines, where the search results are shown (number and name of the contact, number of the matching records for the contact shown as a result). You can see the place where the match was found by placing the cursor in the No. of Records field of the contact you need and clicking the AssistButton button to the right of the field. The Search Result List window will appear.
For Help about a specific field, click the field and press F1.
