Opportunities Bar Chart Window

This window represents, in the form of a bar chart, the statistical information from the opportunity entries.

A series of bars in the bar chart allow you to compare your estimated and calculated current values in different time periods.

By clicking the buttons in the lower left-hand corner of the window, you can select different time periods: 1 (Day), 7 (Week), 31 (Month), 3 (Quarter), 12 (Year), and three horizontal lines (Accounting Period).

The next two buttons control how the Estimated Value series and Calculated Current Value series will be displayed.

By clicking the first button (the Net Change button, which depicts two dots encased by two vertical lines), you choose to display the values for the specified period.

By clicking the second button (the Balance at Date button, depicting three dots leading up to a vertical line), you choose to display the aggregate value on the ending date of the specified period.

The header includes two tabs:

General tab

Salesperson Code Filter

Here you specify the salesperson code for the program to calculate the column values in the bar chart.

Contact Company No. Filter

Here you specify the contact company number for the program to calculate the column values in the bar chart.

Contact No. Filter

Here you specify the contact number for the program to calculate the column values in the bar chart.

Campaign No. Filter

Here you specify the campaign number for the program to calculate the column values in the bar chart.

Sales Cycle Code Filter

Here you specify the sales cycle code for the program to calculate the column values in the bar chart.

Sales Cycle Stage Filter

Here you specify the sales cycle stage for the program to calculate the column values in the bar chart.

Chances of Success % Filter

Here you specify the chances of success % for the program to calculate the column values in the bar chart.

Probability % Filter

Here you specify the probability % for the program to calculate the column values in the bar chart.

Completed % Filter

Here you specify the degree to which the sales cycle has been completed for this opportunity for the program to calculate the column values in the bar chart.

Status Filter

Here you specify the status of an opportunity for the program to calculate the column values in the bar chart.

Estimated Value Filter

Here you specify the estimated value of an opportunity for the program to calculate the column values in the bar chart.

Calcd. Current Value Filter

Here you specify the calculated current value of an opportunity for the program to calculate the column values in the bar chart.
